Jai H. Joshi, MD, attended the Christian Medical College and Hospital in Ludhiana, India, and received his medical degree in 1971. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Christian Medical College and Brown Memorial Hospital in India (1971-1974). After relocating to the United States, he served his fellowship in hematology at the University of Colorado Medical Center (1976-1978), followed by his residency in internal medicine at St. Agnes Hospital of Baltimore in Baltimore, MD (1978-1980), and his fellowship in medical oncology at the National Cancer Institute/Baltimore Cancer Research Center in Baltimore, MD (1980-1982). In addition, Dr. Joshi received board certification in internal medicine and medical oncology from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He remains a member in good standing with the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the University of Colorado Medical School Alumni, and the Christian Medical College Ludhiana North American Alumni Society. His accomplishments appear in the International Biographical Center Register of Profiles of Personalities of America. Dr. Joshi speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, Burmese, and Spanish.
